Insurance Options
Your first step should be to contact your insurance company and ask if they cover bariatric surgery. This will give you an idea of coverage potential. Most insurance companies that do cover bariatric surgery require you to establish medical necessity. It is important that you speak to your primary care physician about the surgery and follow the prescribed steps leading up to the procedure. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.

When you attend one of our free seminars we’ll gather your insurance information and contact your insurance company for you to find out the benefits available to you for your weight-loss journey.

We do offer a cash price of $15,500. The cash price includes dietary visits, psychosocial evaluation, consults, a full year of aftercare, and all hospital charges related to a routine lapband placement.
